At Mortar Box Media we strive to make content that connects, because it is through connection that we experience the benefits of community. Video is a powerful tool in reaching people and establishing community (a following).
We instinctively are looking for those things, that when captured, lead to connection. Special moments, great angles, the right audio, the list is endless. Whether while in production or post, let Mortar Box Media help you create content that connects.
We're open to working on all kinds of projects, and would love to help make your idea a reality.
It's the biggest music festival in Madison and, dare I say, the most beloved.
Soul Expression Brass Band were in town for a performance and graced the top of State Street with a performance of Sean Kingston's hit song "Beautiful Girls" in the shadow of the capitol while the Dane County Farmer's Market was bustling.
Flow Tribe was in town for Fête and put on one funky show.
Nickolas Blazina, a sometimes rock musician and sometimes singer-songwriter, graced the Wil-Mar stage for an evening of stories and song.
We stumbled upon Matt Joyce of The Midwest Beat busking one night, and then Busking On State was born. We only ever produced two videos, but I still love this concept.
Duke doesn't drink anymore, but loves supporting businesses that believe in the power of connection and community. John Mleziva and the whole team at State Line Distillery do a great job serving the Madison area, and have such a welcoming space to find community in. This was one of the first videos I made for What's Good Madison.
